Following up on the DecoratingDiva's blog entry, I actually saw in one of the home sections of the newspaper quite a while ago that a builder/architect is trying to make the homes they build more luxurious. They said that people wanted their home to be like their own resort or resting place, so taking influence from Asian resorts such as in Bali, they decided to create homes that seemed like they were in on of Asia's luxury resorts. This includes having an outside garden shower (Don't worry, it's all walled in...), and more. |
