My step-sister (who is really superstitious) bought a house a few months ago which was really beautiful. In fact you could probably call it a mansion. It's a double storey house, is right in front of the river, has a cellar, a tennis court at the back, and 2 kitchens (a normal house one, and one fit for commercial use).
One of her friends who is a Feng Shui expert was here on holiday and he said the house was fine... but she thought that he was being biased. So she consulted another Feng Shui expert and the whole family was invited for the wake. I didn't go, because I couldn't imagine stopping laughing the entire time.
Eventually the Feng Shui Master decided that the house was alright, but the doors shouldn't be in a certain way, you couldn't use some of the rooms, etc.
Isn't that funny?
Moral of the story: If you buy a house to live in, just live in it already. If you just aren't sure whether you want to buy that house, save your money and don't buy it. |
