Argh!

Hoping everything is nearly fixed now. Do you know how this happened or what caused it?

We aren't exactly sure what caused it... there weren't any cracks or water stain/paint peeling on the ceiling... it was perfect (from underneath the ceiling, at least).

The Insurance Assessor was probably too tired to argue with us (it was quite early in the morning when he came)... either that, or he would have preferred to have done the project instead of losing out to a competitor. *shrugs* But any way the guy asked whether we had the stand-alone reverse cycle air conditioning unit on and we said yes. So he said that cos it was really hot that day and we had the air con on, the pressure from the heat and the moisture build up was what made it collapse.

Oh no. doesn't sound too good. But anyways, hoping there isnt too many more headaches for you.
