Rear Exterior View
The bottom level is an unfinished basement with serious mold issues as well as flooding problems. We were intending to crate a bedroom suite there, but now have decised that a recreation room with tile and water resistant materials is best for future flooding problems. Our intention is to create drainage on the outside and make it water tight. YIKES! |
