We returned to the house to find some major strides—Working Air Conditioning! Stair Cap Rails! New Bathroom Mirror! Partially installed glass wall! No major tenant disaster! All good news.
Bad news? We were robbed again, this time definitely by one of the subcontractors. More on that later, but I have a plan that would make Keith and Veronica proud. But I've already said too much…
In the meantime numb your brain with pretty pictures. I know I am cause it is the only thing stopping me from punching people in the face right about now.
Cap Rails!
Upper part of the glass wall—not finished but you can start to get the idea
Lower part of the glass wall. Unfortunately they reversed the materials and used the more see-through material here instead of the opaque stuff we bought. We will need to put some frosted glass behind these panels to ensure that people can pee in privacy. Also, that will help keep things pretty sound resistant
Bedroom wall sconces! They are weird but they are growing on me
