I'm new here! So I guess I'll tell you about my new reno!
I bought a house In July 07 and have been doing some minor things to it since, but I'm on the verge of starting my first real project! YAY!
It all started when I was going to replace the ugly laminate in my basement half bath. The subfloor was completely rotten! So I've decided that now's the time to put in the bath tub downstairs that I've been wanting.So far I've only taken out every thing and torn out the floor. And taken down about half of the dry wall. I've got someone coming in this week to quote me on plumbing, because plumbing is WAY above my head! Electrical... no problem, I'm an avionics tehcnician, so I know wires and electricity. But plumbing is way out of my league! |
