I confess, I saw the site and thought what a great medium to see what projects people are getting up to. I'm right into tips and tricks of the trade. I was brought up by a mechanic and have learnt to be a hands on girl. I love getting into a project and especially getting my hands on something constructive!
Interstingly enough my friend pointed out the obvious today that I deliberately don't get involved in manufacturing in my own business.
THAT'S the FUN part!
I would love to handle it when I have total control over the project but until I have my own team of tradies (cabinet maker, plumber, electrician tiler, etc....) I ain't going there right now, especially with the shortage of skilled trades here in liddle Perth Western Australia.
So I do what I am great at, and what I love most. Thats my job, the fun part is getting my hands dirty sorting out my partners new factory for when he opens on the 2nd of July on the weekends and weeknights. Go-to love a woman with power screw driver, drill, paint spattered and raw from rubbing back rusty metal... Grrrrr
