This place is perfect. I needs a little love and care, as well as a simple bit of grass and garden bed. Its perfect as a fixer upper as the house next door has been newly renovated.

Whilst it seems a good idea at the time, having an open bathroom to your bedroom, sometimes can create havoc with your partner and vice versa. If they rise early for work this can disrupt the other half sleeping in, if they work late at night. Designing your master bedroom in mind for future sale, I say needs consideration and balance. Maybe a nice looking sliding door between the two spaces helps in a practical sense and can be slid back during the day for the intended look and appeal.

What style of house is a good house to model ideas from. Here are some houses that have great ideas, like turret roofs, facades, all designed to make the house look bigger and better than it is. Believe it or not this house is on a very small 350sqm corner block.



I drove past this house below and many looking at this property when it was for sale didn't like it. Whomever bought it were smart and subsequently rendered the front, the next time I drove past, it looked like a completely different house.



This quaint little house below is just gorgeous and really hard to buy as they are very much in demand for remodeling. I like this style some what and you can really create something of your own.

Where do I start?

Currently, we have a project I started to enclose our two outdoor undercover areas with cedar bi-folds half way up and cedar framed glass the bottom half. Thought it would be finished before Christmas 2006, now its May 2007. Sigh :0) It ain't looking good for a wannabe person wanting to build in the future!!!
